Chief Human Resources and Corporate Compliance Officer
MaryLou began her human resources career in 1995 and has worked in diverse capacities in the education, social services, behavioral health, and consulting business sectors. At PIR she is responsible for all aspects of human resource administration, with a goal of leading the HR team to be a strategic business partner. In her Corporate Compliance function, MaryLou heads up the internal agency processes for promoting and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, company policies and contracts, including chairing the PIR Compliance Committee. She sees her department’s success as contingent on working with campus operations to build a culture of engagement, efficiency and agility while delivering best-in-class service to the human resources customer—PIR employees. MaryLou holds a Professional Human Resources certification and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
